Account Information

Q:  I've made a purchase today but I have not received a email containing my new account information.  Where or when can I expect it?

A:  The account information will be emailed to you at your registered email address.  If you did not receive it, you can obtain the welcome email by doing the following:

1.  Log into the "Clients Area".

2.  Click on "My Emails".

3. There you will find all the emails which were sent you from us including the "New Account Information" email which will contain all the login, ftp, dns, and other information you need to help you get started.
