Q: Do you have PHPSuExec or SuPHP installed on the shared servers?

A:  All of our shared servers are phpSuExec. Most dedicated are as well.  To verify your server is using phpsuexec, create a simple 'php info' script.  Create the file in the public_html folder of your site named 'phpinfo.php' and insert the following:
